CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK

This park is Nepal’s first National park and most visited by the visitors .

It covers the area of 932 square kilometers , extends covering

4 districts Chitwan, Makawanpur , Parsa and Nawalpur.

BARDIA NATIONAL PARK

This National Park lies in the south eastern part of Nepal in Plain lands known as Terai region

and covers the area of 962 square kilometers . Famous for observing the Bengali tigers.

LANGTANG NATIONAL PARK

Langtang National Park lies to the North of Kathmandu .

it lies in the northern Himalayan range and includes the Mt Langtang Lirung , Dorje Lakpa and many other snowy mountains .

MAKALU BARUN NATIONAL PARK

This National Park lies in the north east of Nepal and occupies Himalayan Areas .

Sagarmatha National Park icovers an area of 1148 square kilometer in Solukhmbu district . i

ts elevation starts from 2845 meters to 8848 meters which is the height of Mt Everest.

BANKE NATIONAL PARK

Banke National Park is one of the newest park of Nepal and established in 2010 ,

covers an area of 550 Square Kilometers , lies to the south west of Nepal next to Bardia National Park .

KHAPTAD NATIONAL PARK

Khaptad National park is a National park that lies in the far western part of Nepal , covers an are of 225 Square kilometers .

This includes the Green hill area and altitude extends from the elevation 1100 meters to 3300 meters above sea level.

SHIVAPURI NAGARJUN NATIONAL PARK

This National occupies the northern part of Kathmandu , covers an area of 159 square kilo meter ,

RARA NATIONAL PARK

Named behind beautiful and big lake Called Rara, lies in the west north of the country ,
occupies an are of 106 square kilo meters . popular to see land scapes flora fauna .

Wildlife Reserve

DHORPATAN HUNTING RESERVE

Only one hunting reserve in the country where hunters allowed to hunt ,

covers an area of 1325 square kilometers, to the west of Pokhara valley.

PARSA WILDLIFE RESERVE

It was established in 1984 and lies in the south of Kathmandu and east of Chitwan National Park ,
covers an area of 110.2 square kilometers. popular to see animals and flora fauna .

SUKLAPHANTA WILDLIFE RESERVE

This wild life reserve is located in the far western part of Nepal ,

covers an area of 305 square kilometers , includes tropical wetlands and river beds .

KOSHI TAPPU WILDLIFE RESERVE

Koshi Tappu wild life reserve lies in the eastern region of Nepal, covering 175 square kilo meters ,

popular for bird watching as many spices migrate here every year.
